Painted Scarf

It has been way too long since I last posted here so thought I would share my latest project...TA DA! Hand painted scarves. I am teaching a class in a few weeks and wanted to create a design using simple, basic shapes. This design is called, Floral Dance. The Scarf is a bamboo/rayon blend and measures 60"x11". The hand of the fabric is very soft and rich. I used both Jacquard and Set A Color fabric paints. Lately I have been using  Sumi  brushes to paint with and really like how they allow the paint to flow.
